Terms & Conditions
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and are subject to errors and omissions excepted (EOE).
Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting and may be adjusted if job conditions, treatment area, or scope of works change.

2. Scope of Services & Agronomic Responsibility
Swift Drone Solutions applies products as directed by the client or their nominated agronomic advisor.
Chemical selection, mixing rates, application instructions, withholding periods, and treatment suitability remain the responsibility of the client or agronomist. Swift Drone Solutions does not provide agronomic advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Treatment outcomes may vary due to factors outside the operator’s control, including weather conditions, crop stage, pest pressure, water quality, and environmental conditions.

3. Safety & Weather Conditions
All operations are conducted in accordance with CASA regulations and safety requirements.
If weather conditions (including wind, rain, temperature, or other environmental factors) are unsuitable for safe operation, Swift Drone Solutions reserves the right to delay or suspend operations.
Where this occurs, the job will be rescheduled to the next available opportunity at no additional charge.
Safety always takes precedence over scheduling.

4. Chemicals & Site Readiness
All required chemicals must be on site, accessible, and ready for use at the scheduled start time.
If delays occur due to chemicals not being available, unclear instructions, or the client not being present to provide site access, a standby charge may be applied in accordance with Clause 5.

5. Standby & Delay Charges
A standby charge of $160 per hour may be applied where operational time is lost due to circumstances outside the control of Swift Drone Solutions, including but not limited to:
-
Waiting for client attendance or instructions
-
Delays in locating water sources or chemicals
-
Incomplete site preparation
-
Access restrictions not previously disclosed
Standby time is charged in 30-minute increments.

6. Water Supply
Clean water is recommended for all spraying and spreading operations.
Where dam or alternative water sources are used at the direction of the client, Swift Drone Solutions accepts no responsibility for reduced product performance resulting from water quality.
If Swift Drone Solutions is required to supply or transport water, an additional water supply charge may apply and will be advised prior to commencement.

7. Treatment Area Variations
If the actual treatment area is greater or less than the quoted area, the final invoice may be adjusted accordingly based on the applicable rate structure.

8. Additional Service Charges – Trailer Relocation
Some properties may require multiple trailer relocations to maintain safe and compliant flight operations due to paddock layout, terrain, or property configuration.
Where additional relocations are required, an additional service charge may be applied and, where possible, will be identified at the time of quoting.

9. Airspace, Permissions & Regulatory Delays
Some locations require prior airspace approval (including operations within or near restricted or controlled airspace, such as Department of Defence airspace).
Where approvals are required:
-
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice may be necessary
-
Final approval remains at the discretion of the controlling authority
-
Operations may be restricted or grounded on the day
If delays or cancellations occur due to airspace restrictions beyond the control of Swift Drone Solutions, a standby charge may apply.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote or booking services with Swift Drone Solutions, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions (version 1 - 28/12/2025).
